How to ask

Refunds are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email [CONTACT_EMAIL]. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel at any time from the Plans page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and AI credits you bought stay usable until they run out.

Free accounts and access keys

Sign-in by approved Google account or access key costs nothing, so no refund arises.
