These terms are an agreement between you and Virtual Studios Pro, [BUSINESS_ADDRESS], for Virtual Studios Pro. By using it you accept them.
Eligibility
Virtual Studios Pro is not intended for children under 13. You must be at least 13, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live (or have a parent's or guardian's permission). Accounts need administrator approval or an access key issued by us.
Your account
Keep your sign-in and access keys secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may switch off accounts or access keys that break these terms.
Your content
You keep the rights to the video, pictures, logos, names and data you use in the app. You promise you have the rights and permissions needed — including permission from people shown in player photos and from rights holders of broadcast footage, music and logos.
Broadcast, sports and footage rights
You may only stream, record, replay, clip or export footage you own or are licensed to use. Matches, events, competition logos, music and third-party broadcasts are often owned by leagues, clubs, broadcasters or labels. Before you go live or export clips the app asks you to confirm you hold these rights. You are responsible for any claim that results from content you broadcast or export, and we may remove access to content or accounts after a valid rights complaint.
People on camera and AI analysis
You must tell guests and phone-camera users that they may be streamed and recorded, and obtain any consent required where you broadcast. Guests see a consent screen before their camera turns on. Do not use AI face or speech analysis on people who have not agreed to it.
Imported designs, fonts and media
When you import PSD, PNG, GIF, MP4 files, fonts, logos or player photos you confirm you created them or have a licence that allows broadcast use. You are solely responsible for uploaded material, and you will compensate us for claims caused by material you add without the needed rights. Imported files stay on your device. Fonts and libraries supplied with the app are listed on the Licences page.
Copyright and repeat infringers
We respond to copyright notices as described on our Copyright/DMCA page. We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts and access keys of users who are repeat infringers. A user who receives three valid notices within 12 months that are not resolved by a counter-notice will be treated as a repeat infringer.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, defamatory or abusive content.
- No attempts to break security, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service beyond what law allows.
- No sharing access keys outside your organisation.
Third-party services
NDI, vMix, OBS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Google Sheets, YouTube, ATEM and Stream Deck are third-party products under their own terms; the app works with them but is not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners. NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt NDI AB. All other trademarks belong to their owners.
Plans, payments and AI credits
Paid plans: each section is US$8.99 a month; the Full package (every section) is US$49.99 a month or US$499 a year. Stream Deck · Phone is included free with any plan. AI credit packs are AI Lite (US$9) and AI Pro (US$19); each AI action uses some credits depending on its size. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel online at any time from the Plans page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Credits you have bought stay usable until they run out, even after a plan ends. Plan changes take effect at the next billing date.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.
Our service and ownership
Virtual Studios Pro owns Virtual Studios Pro, its software, documentation and branding. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI results (for example suggested clips or studio settings) may be inaccurate; check them before broadcast. You are responsible for what you send to AI features and how you use the results. We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost broadcasts or lost data, and our total liability is limited to [LIABILITY_CAP]. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_LAW_JURISDICTION], without removing mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
